Website Terms

These terms cover the public Lampwatch marketing website and waitlist. The product is not publicly available: joining the waitlist does not create an account, begin a paid service, or guarantee an invitation.

You must provide an email address you are entitled to use. We may invite people in the order and groupings that best help us test the product, pause invitations, or end the preview. An invitation may come with separate product terms before access begins.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass its safeguards, submit automated or misleading waitlist entries, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may remove entries or restrict traffic that appears abusive.

The website describes a product still in development. Features, availability, pricing, and launch timing may change. Product examples are illustrative and are not a promise that any particular feature will be available on a particular date.

The site, brand, copy, and product materials belong to Lampwatch or its licensors. You may view and link to the public pages, but may not reproduce or commercialize them without permission.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on pre-launch information.

We may update these terms as the website and preview change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply.
